Starting out as a small not-for-profit in 1954, Cardinal offered a few basic programs for families with a disabled child. Today, we offer 14 distinct programs serving those same families and those like them, but also many others who need our support and programs as they raise their families.
We will always remain fully committed to our founding mission of serving people with disabilities. Yet, in our changing world, Cardinal continues to grow and change to meet the evolving needs of people in our community.
