First Steps
First Steps is an early intervention program for young children from birth to their third birthday who are experiencing developmental delays, are at risk for delays or have a medical diagnosis of a disability. Cardinal Services offers speech and occupational therapies for children, and instruction and support for parents.
First Steps provides to the families and children an individualized plan that is flexible to the needs of the family. Therapies take place in the family home and are responsive to the child's development.
