Take the Online Disability Poll
The Governor's Council on People with Disabilities is conducting an online poll to learn more about people with disabilities and healthcare in the state of Indiana. The poll will help state leaders determine what may or may not be working for people with disabilities when it comes to healthcare.
By going to www.thepollingplace.org a person with a disability, family members and advocates can complete this survey. A copy can also be requested(including alternative formats) by calling Vicki Pappas at 812-855-6508.
This is a good opportunity to express experiences about lack of healthcare, especially in rural settings. Consumers and families are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the survey.
