DAY OF CARING COMES TO CARDINAL - See Our Pics of the Day!

Thursday, August 27th was the Community Day of Caring.  Nearly 800 volunteers helped with cleaning and repair jobs throughout the community.  Cardinal Services was lucky enough to have 14 members of the Grace College Women's Volleyball Team with us all morning!

The ladies split up and covered several locations:

They washed windows at our main offices, and both inside and out of our considerable fleet of vehicles: KABS buses, group home vans & buses, and company cars.  They also cleaned the windows and screens at our Park and Ross group homes, and raked and fluffed the rubber mulch at the Head Start playgrounds in Warsaw.  Now, when the kids arrive on September 7th, there will be a nice, soft place for them to land!

We are VERY GRATEFUL to the wonderful young women of the Grace Volleyball Team, and to our United Way for coordinating the Day of Caring - what a great event!!!  See some pictures of the day below:
