First Steps
First Steps is an early intervention program for young children from birth to their third birthday who are experiencing developmental delays, are at risk for delays or have a medical diagnosis of a disability. Cardinal Center's providers offer various therapies, instruction for support and coordination. First Steps provides to the families and children an individualized plan that is flexible to the needs of the family and responsive to the child's development.
