Early Head Start
The Early Head Start program is for low-income infants, toddlers, pregnant women and their families. EHS programs enhance children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development; assist pregnant women to access comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care; support parents' efforts to fulfill their parental roles; and help parents move toward self-sufficiency.
Kosciusko County EHS offers both home-based and center-based programs for eligible families. The home-based program provides weekly visits from an early childhood professional. The center-based option is located in Warsaw and provides comprehensive full-day, full-year childcare services in a licensed classroom.
